Absentee Bid Form

If you don't wish to use our bidding platoform to participate in an auction, feel free to fill out the form below and we'll bid on your behalf.

All bids must be in no later than 5:00 p.m. the day before the auction.
Bids are entered for the lowest amount and then incrementally raised using the prevailing increments. For example, a $200 bid might start out at $50.00 and be raised by $10.00 increments up to, but not exceeding, the maximum bid amount. We will purchase for you at the lowest incremental price. Odd bids will be lower to even $5 amount. (Ex. $528.50 will be $525)
Successful absentee bidders will be notified by phone. If paying by credit card, the balance of purchase price will be charged out immediately. Unsuccessful bidders will not be notified. A Buyer's Premium of 18% will be added to all absentee bid sales. 3% will be waived with payments in cash or with good standing checks. Payment will be accepted by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard, or money order. VA Sales Tax of 5% will be added to all in-state high bid amounts.
Items must be paid for in full within 5 business days after the auction or a 10% late fee will be charged.
Once bid is placed, it cannot be changed or withdrawn after 5 p.m. the day before the auction due to processing time.
